SPICES

Green cardamom of Indian origin, globally revered as the "Queen of Spices," represents one of the most premium agricultural commodities in international trade. India stands as the world's second-largest producer and exporter of cardamom, closely competing with Guatemala.
Unlike its competitors, Indian green cardamom commands a distinct premium in international markets due to its exceptionally high volatile oil content, intense aroma, and vibrant, natural emerald-green coloration. The primary export demand is driven by the Middle East, followed by major markets in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the US, and the UK.

Indian export-grade cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) are globally recognized for their robust aroma, visual uniformity, and exceptionally high eugenol bioactive content. Eugenol is the compound responsible for the spice’s warm, pungent flavour and wide-reaching utility in the culinary, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries.
Raw cloves are sourced and then meticulously processed, machine-cleaned, colour-sorted (Sortex), and graded under the rigorous regulatory standards of the Spices Board of India and AGMARK. This ensures international buyers receive a verified, highly documented, and contamination-free product.

Historically revered as "Black Gold," black pepper (Piper nigrum) remains a cornerstone of the global spice market. Although volume-centric competitors like Vietnam lead on global mass production, India dominates the high-margin, premium specialty market. Managed and regulated by the Spices Board India, Indian black pepper is uniquely celebrated for its shade-grown cultivation, intense woody aroma, complex citrus undertones, and exceptionally high piperine content—the alkaloid compound directly responsible for biting pungency and nutraceutical potency.

India commands a dominant position in the global turmeric trade, accounting for approximately 60% to 75% of international exports. Indian export-grade turmeric is highly sought after by food, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical sectors worldwide due to its robust aroma, dense pigmentation, and diverse chemical profiles. Top export destination markets include the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and the European Union.
In India, turmeric is known for its antiseptic and healing properties. Turmeric is used to add fragrance, colour and aroma to dishes. The turmeric finger is the purest form of turmeric and is used in medicines, food and dyeing processes. The product is sourced from farmers who grow the crop in a natural and organic manner. We offer optimum quality turmeric fingers at competitive prices. It is a principal ingredient in curry powder. The colour curcumin extracted from turmeric is used as a colorant. It is used in the preparation of medicinal oils, ointments, and poultices.

Indian export-grade mace (known locally as Javitri) is a premium, highly sought-after aromatic spice derived from the delicate, crimson-red lacy outer coating (aril) that tightly envelops the nutmeg seed (Myristica fragrans). When harvested, the fresh aril is hand-separated and naturally shade-dried, which slowly transitions its colour into a globally preferred bright orange-red or golden-tan hue.
India stands as the second-largest producer of mace in the world, with its export varieties highly valued across the United States, the European Union, the GCC region, and Brazil. Indian mace is uniquely celebrated in international markets for its highly concentrated essential oils, clean sorting, and complex flavour profile that blends notes of sweet citrus, warm cinnamon, and subtle black pepper.
